Even IT Guys need a break once in a while.  BigGalaxy stepped in to provide cover for all three offices during some

much needed IT vacation time.  All the usual day to day issues were handled such as connecting to printers, connecting to the internet, weekly backups, restarting servers, remote access and network security, etc.

Culex required a major restructure of their MS-Access Database to conform with local government data reporting criteria.

This was carried out over a couple of months with new user input forms, reporting, and automation all being added.

Finally data was pulled together from many previous years databases using SQL and Macros into a new

datawarehouse with new reporting tools producing highly summarised data to reduce post reporting processing.
